– Dark red fruits with hints of sweet prosciutto aromas

Mouth-watering juiciness, need we continue?

– Quality old French oak doing plenty in the way of
structure & tension, bringing in savoury balance
– Hints of fresh bacon bones (Wolf has a thing about this)
– Gentle tannins beckon you to top up your glass
